1: Before you ship to us please send an email letting us know you are planning to ship an item.


2: Please include the model and year of the vehicle that the instrument cluster is coming from and the shipper you are using.


3: When you package the item, please use care and choose a container that will accommodate the cluster. Make sure the cluster isn't allowed to move around in the container and allow at least 2" of clearance space on all side of the cluster when packing.


4: Please include your name, address, telephone number and email address in the box with the cluster. Send shipment to:  Calibrated Repair

5: We insure all of the repaired clusters we send back for $300.00 to $400.00 dollars depending on the type of unit.   I strongly suggest you insure your package for a minimum of $200.00 when you ship it to us.


6: You will pay for the shipping to us and are welcome to use whatever shipper you desire.


7: We will repair the cluster within one business day and ship the item back to you using either Fed Ex Ground or Speedee Delivery. We do full rebuilds, which means all new stepper motors, new backlighting, and rework the board to fix other known issues these clusters have to include dim or no gear shift panel and intermittent power problems to the gauges.


8: You will be provided a tracking number and an email update on the repair and shipping status of your cluster.





9: You can pay for the repair a number of different ways to include check, credit card, or PayPal. You can send a check for $110.00 with the cluster if you wish.  We do utilize an immediate invoicing system that allows you to pay directly online with a credit card or PayPal when the repair is done.


10: Please be advised we also utilize a check converting system that will process your check immediately as a ACH transaction. If you don't have funds to cover the check, don't write it to us!
